Program Structure
Phase 1: Foundation (Month 1)

Working with mentors to develop exhibition concepts. Learning about artwork selection, artist relations, and space design.
Phase 3: Execution (Months 4-6)
Curating and mounting a group exhibition. Organizing the opening reception and related programming. Documentation and evaluation.
